The Vegetable Box Scheme

We are a home delivery company specialising in supplying organic produce to homes in Ibiza.

The flying aubergine boxes are made up with vegetables of the season and are usually guaranteed to include potatoes, carrots and onions. A "summer" box, for example, could also contain lots of salad and leafy vegetables, courgettes, beans, tomatoes, broccoli and peppers.

In the winter you might receive pumpkins, celeriac, winter root vegetables such as swede, turnip, beetroot, and parsnips, kale and leeks. The varieties are chosen to give you a broad mix of vegetables each week, providing you with a good basis on which to plan your week's meals. Each box contains ample produce for one person and costs € 19.75
